Product tolerances/limitations
Our products all get thoroughly tested before they go on sale. Badges can withstand speeds of up to 115mph with crosswinds and can withstand bad weather so should not lift from the car under any normal road conditions.
Badges have been tested through an automated carwash and do stay on however as a precaution we advise to remove them.
Badges can withstand hits from stone chips without lifting from the car however we cannot guarantee that they won’t be damaged depending on the size of the stone chip.
Returns and cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled 4 hours after placing and only if the ‘Order dispatched’ email has not been sent. Orders can only be returned under the 7 day DSR (Distant Selling Regulations) period from delivery and items must be in the same condition as when we sent them. Once the order has arrived back with us we will send your refund minus postage costs.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once processed and cannot be returned.
Postage
Dispatch of orders can take up to 5 working days but stock orders usually only take around 3-4 days to arrive. Custom orders take up to 7 working days to print, prepare and send out.
Once an order has been dispatched we have no control over that order, therefore we accept no responsibility for late or lost orders. We will however do our best to resolve issues. If an order is lost we will replace that order and re-send it once is it confirmed lost but this may take some time.
Claims for missing parcels sent via Royal Mail can only be claimed for after 15 days after dispatch, after the claim has been put forward any refund thats needs to be processed will be given after the resolution to the claim.
If you experience an issues with late or lost orders please emails us as soon as possible at ‘info@magnetizedmini.com’ with your name, invoice number, and description of problem and we will get onto it immediately.
Damaged or faulty goods
In a rare case that an item is damaged or faulty and we will happily replace that item once we have come to an agreement on the problem. Please make sure this is noted withtin the 7 day DSR or you may only be elligable for a replacement product not a refund.
If you experience an issue with damaged of faulty goods please email us as ‘info@magnetizedmini.com’ with a short description and a few pictures of the item(s) and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Custom badges
All images supplied for custom badge orders must either be owned by the customer or have permission to use that image. We can refuse a sale of a badge if we feel the image supplied could cause copyright infringement or any other problems. Badges can take anywhere up to 7 days to produce depending on the designing needed and time taken to print.
